Ryan Honey
Ryan Honey is a nonprofit arts leader, producer, performer, and founder of the Aspen Play Company. He brings his core values of play, creativity, and collaboration to everything he does. He is the Executive Director of TACAW, a net-zero performing arts center in Basalt, CO, where he blends world-class programming, community experiences, and a commitment to sustainability. As a consultant, Ryan specializes in fostering a culture of play in the workplace. Through tools drawn from improvisation, performance, and years as a nonprofit executive, he helps clients unlock fresh ways to build teams and reimagine workplace culture. He is also an actor and film producer, so you may catch him on the screen from time to time. He’s a recent graduate of the Stanford Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders and the Hurst Leaders Forum at the Aspen Institute.
